Purple Reign

Purple Reign: Single origin, IPA processed natural, from Columbia. It is a light roast that is very busy on the pallet. Tastes like lemon balm, orange peel, and cola soda, with a herbaceous finish that will leave you pleased. This coffee is a pour over banger, but is highlighted in any drip fashion. A knock your socks off type of joint. 

The IPA Process begins with a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation in cherry, then the cherries are depulped dry, followed by a second anaerobic fermentation with hops and malts added for 96 hrs. The coffee is then dried slowly on the lower parts of raised drying beds for 20 - 25 days
