Issa Blend - DS Elite Series

 We've decided to create an elite DS blend just for the fun of it, and it's quite a tasty one! It's a light/medium roast that begins with chocolatey notes and then surprises you with a burst of fruit. This blend incorporates a wide range of coffee processing methods. We kick it off with a traditional natural process Brazil - it may seem like a simple coffee, but just wait!

We felt it needed something extra to deliver that fruity flavor, so we combined it with an anaerobic natural Colombia, an IPA process Colombia, and let's not forget a sprinkle of the anaerobic spice process Colombia. Mixing all these top shelf coffees together really made the taste of this blend incredible.
